Hey! I’m so excited to have you train with me. It’s always so much fun working out with others.

My career as a professional rugby player for nearly a decade culminated in me reaching the top of the sport when I competed in the Olympics. That invaluable experience mixed with my qualifications as a Pilates instructor and Weight-loss coach has given me a unique and well-rounded knowledge of what actually works when it comes to fitness.

I take the best bits from what I’ve learned over the years and put it together to make fun and effective workouts for everyone.

My mindset towards exercise is to just get a little bit better with every workout and to not compare yourself to anyone else. It’s all about having fun, getting fitter and enjoying working out together.
